Best Ladies Only gym out there!  Such a positive, welcoming atmosphere!

Plus the trainers are actually included in the membership!  None of this fake "trainers included" & you only get a 15 minute orientation with a trainer on your first visit - this place is the real deal!  Trainers actually work out with you during your regular gym visits & the classes are awesome!

This gym is fantastic. Brittany is a doll and really pushes you to put in hard work. Everyone is so friendly and they make it a comfortable environment to work out in. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best gym out there for women. Best class offered. Amazing deals on memberships. Awsome Staff and Trainers and the Owner is amazing. Everyone is friendly and postitive they cheer you on with each milestone you set for yourself.

All these people care about is your money they are like a bank.  If you cannot return to the gym due to medical issues or complications causing you to stop going, They will hound you for the money. Even after being asked to cancel the membership they send you to collections not even asking what the issue is. Money hungry gym! Would never recommend this cold hearted place!! This review will be posted everywhere to warn potential members of how terrible these people are.
