Hack job. I wish I would have kept the receipt so I could tell everyone the name of the "stylist" I had so that she could be avoided. This was Lady Jane's second chance for me. The first time I was not impressed. This time was god awful. My girlfriend spent a good 20 minutes trying to fix the numerous scissor lines left in my hair after the hack job. The lady had somehow also managed to give me an undercut above my ears. My advice is to look past the leather chairs in the lobby and go to a real stylist.

I've been going to lady janes for a few months now & Britney is amazingly rich in hair style & understanding customers need.
