Previous worker here: Make sure you don’t send time off requests to the email they provide, you will get fired. This company doesn’t care for your mental health or even your well-being. No bathrooms for the girls, and if there are you have to walk to a sketchy area to use it. Most girls pee in cups in the stand. They won’t give you the shifts you ask for, so be ready to drive an hour away from wherever you’re located for the shifts they ask of you. If you disagree or can’t make the distance they’ll put you on call meaning no shifts unless they ask, which they rarely do. again, this company does not care for their employees.

Since they are by the train station it would be great if they posted that they refuse to serve people on foot. If you arrive early and want to go for coffee my recommendation is to find a place that will serve you. Reading the reviews, it appears all we missed out on was high priced, bad coffee. We didn't miss out on the rude behavior. The place appears to stand for low quality.

Went with a friend here, first time ever going to a place like this. Barista rushed us to order because she said she was cold and then stood far back from the window while we told her what we wanted. $20 for 2 drinks. Got mad when I didn't tip her mind you she was only really at the window when she was handing us our drinks, said that it was proper etiquette to tip and that some girls would've slammed the window on us for something like that. She then let out a huge sigh as she closed the window. Me and my friend both took a sip of our drinks and threw them away because they were so bad. Waste of time and money.  Would've got cheaper, better coffee at Starbucks and probably better service too

Good coffee, good service usually. They have made some positive changes since my last very negative review. I have been pleasantly surprised by the coffee prices being the same at all stands. The other issues seem to have been corrected also. In the Pierce county area they are the main go-to in bikini coffee and are way better than the big name coffee giant...taste wise.

Great service! My first time in I was greeted like a regular frequenter. Prices are decent, I pay the same for a double redbull here that I do anywhere else. All the girls are super friendly and very sexy. Perfect for a bikini coffee stand! 10/10 would recommend

The service is usually great. But as of lately there’s this one girl that’s been taking her own $10 tip after I specify on the receipt no tip. Some may say no big deal it’s only 10 dollars. But just imagine how many others she’s done that to. This is the 3rd time she’s done that and what I’m noticing is that she slowly increases how much she takes. Just be careful of using your card at the ladybug stand in Parkland WA. Not good for business. Checked my statement and it showed that I was charged $21 for an $11 smoothie.

Folgers is no longer the best part of waking up. This place is. Good coffee, good conversation ... Not pretentious. I'll be back.  Update: I went back and they ignored me at the window.

Visiting the Seattle area. I looked up coffee houses and Ladybug came up. Only one that opens at 4am. First time at a bikini coffee house. Sabrina was my Barista. She was professional and classy. No showing off her body. She owned her job and her attractive body. That type of confidence is sexy. BTW my Latte was perfect.

I will go and support my fellow ladies and tip well at bikini baristas, however, the manager Janelle has given my husband her number and she was giving him private shows in the stand, they also made arrangements for one-one-one in a hotel room but she charged more than he could pay. Keep it professional so you can stop giving other bikini baristas a horrible reputation
