Comfortable rocking leather seats, moderately priced concession stand, clean sound and sharp projection makes this a good place to watch a movie. Friendly, well trained staff. Free underground parking. Everything is wheelchair accessible including bathrooms. There are elevators and lifts where needed.  The Laemmle, which specializes in Independent Films, is located on the lower level on the Encino Market Place. If you park underground you are just a few feet from the theater box-office. Before the movie (or after for that matter) there are lots of good restaurants in the center.

One of the best movie theaters I've ever watched a movie in; the seats are very comfortable, lots of leg room and a great staff. If I lived in the area this is where I would watch movies.  And low ticket price too.

I love this theater. The location is great for a night out, they have very friendly staff and comfortable seats. Plus they tend to have the best film selection, at least in my limited observation, to almost all other Laemmle locations, except maybe NoHo.

Theatres are little outdated. But if you support the independent business this is a place to go. They have the best popcorns. Beats AMC, Regal, Pacific, Edwards, and other Laemmle theatre locations; these guys know how to make some awesome popcorn.

I think there is opportunity to maintain the theater clean. I found cleanliness.
