Went to apply money to an escrow account and Karen stated they didn't do much with mortgages (well that didnt make me feel very comfortable). She stated she had no idea how to do that. There was Karen and 2 other workers talking in an office and it seemed as though I interrupted their "girl time". Branch 250 (in in wind gap) sorry to be a bother as a very loyal customer. Hope others get better treatment than I did.

I literally just had the worst experience I have ever had at a bank here. The lady with short curly hair older is a total ass. 
Last time I come here. !
