Hours stink, I would suggest a Monday and Friday for late hours. It's difficult to deposit a check I cannot get direct deposit for.

I have been both a business and personal customer of Lafayette Ambassador for decades and have always received great service and customer care.  I strongly recommend this bank.

I would never use them again.  I had a student loan from them and it was a hassle for payments, online services were not used and I wasnt able to chagne my address without visiting a branch.  Customer service was a joke.

I had an issue with fraud on my account and they took care of it right away. Very friendly and helpful people!

I will not even give this branch of Lagayette bank (located in Sullivan Trail, Easton, PA)any star at all. Be careful when you park your car in their empty parking lot (I took a picture of the empty parking lot, the time was 8am) to use your phone(texting while driving is not lawful in PA) and the manager will come after you to drive you away. The manager of this bank is not customer friendly at all. Maybe because I am Asian that he  can just threaten me in anyway? I will continue doing business with KNBT.
