Really nice place to live, close to everything but with a sense of privacy.  The biggest problem is the price. The regional manager thought it was fair and comparable prices for the area but I have found plenty of other places in the immediate area for less. If the rates were comparable to others here, I would have given a 5 star.

Very pricey for what you get. Lower floor units have heating vents in ceiling. Do not heat well.

Very cheap pet policy.....very clean and the new owners and manager are very helpfull
