Buyer beware! We ordered a couch from them in November. Was told 6-8 weeks. We called after 8 weeks when we hadn't heard from them. They said the fabric we wanted was so new that the couch hadn't even been made yet! Called back 3 weeks later and they still didn't know when I would get the couch. I called and left a message last week and still haven't heard back. Now when I call no one answers and there isn't a way to leave a message. Is this company still in business?? It has now been 14 weeks since I ordered my couch and quite frankly at this point I am hopeful to get my money back! They have been so nice throughout the process but I am sick of waiting for my couch and want to order from someone else.

"Lori" was an excellent salesperson and helped us find what we wanted. We ordered two items in mid-November. One arrived shortly before Thanksgiving, excellent condition, exactly as described. Awesome movers, too. Had no problem with that part. We were told the second item may not arrive for up to eight weeks. In early February, about (10-11 weeks), I called them three times before someone called me back with any sort of answer. It was a guess that the holidays had the originating company running behind. This third person called me back like he said he would, but the manager still hasn't. Remains to be seen if we ever get the other piece of furniture we've already paid for, and when. Word to the wise: If they don't have it in stock, go somewhere else that does unless you don't mind a very very very long wait without any idea of when they'll show up.

I ordered a twin size bed with under bed drawers in October 2016 and was told it would be in by the end of October. In November I was informed that the bed was backordered and would be in by the beginning of December. I received the bed with a different headboard than I ordered two days before Christmas. I was told the under bed storage drawers would be in by February. I called the second week of March and Jodi told me that she had forgotten about the drawers and would call the company and get back to me. I have yet to hear from her, and have not been issued the refund for the alternate headboard.
