This is absolutely the worst school I went to. I was there from 1st to 4th grade. I learned a lot, sure, but the kids and especially the teachers there were horrible to me, bordering on abuse. If you want your children to learn, teach them, but from my experience and from also talking to others, this is a horrible school. I would not recommend it to anybody. This school will permantly damage your children if you leave them there. Another problem at this school. My neighbor was a doctor, she had a teenage patient with an std. She was asked to report who gave it to her. She didn't know. She didn't know because she went to a party with the other students of the school, was drugged, blindfolded, and screwed. This is a horrible school, don't send your kinds here.

Our oldest son has been at the Academy for 3 years now, and our youngest son started Pre-K this year. Both children have thrived, and love the school. We, as parents, love the close-knit community of the school. The class-size, the teachers, and just the overall feel of the school have made sending our children to the Academy the best decision we have made.

We switched our child from public school to LaGrange Academy when he was entering middle school. We wanted to guarantee that our child would be placed in advanced content classes and that he would be challenged and prepared for high school and then college. LaGrange Academy has far exceeded my expectations! I have been amazed how the children are working from text books that are 1-2 years above their grade level. I worried that my child would be behind but due to smaller class sizes, the teachers can work with him to make sure he understands the work. They also have hands on projects and field trips that take their learning to a new level - something that is easier to accomplish when there is a smaller class size. The Athletic program is also great and my son is able to play sports year round and introduced to other team sports that he would not be playing if at a public school. For this school year, we also switched our younger child to LaGrange Academy because of the positive experience we have had and feel confident that the investment in their education is worth every penny!!

So happy to be a part of the LaGrange Academy family. Our boys are eager to go to school each morning, and I am continually impressed by everything they are learning. Cannot say enough good things about the teachers, staff and quality of our children's education.

The top notch academics and the environment in which our kids grow and learn in everyday are just two of the reasons we love LaGrange Academy. We are grateful for the investment the teachers and faculty make into the lives of all the children who attend. When you make the decision to enroll your child at LaGrange Academy you really do gain another "family". Best school in Troup County! Proud to be a Warrior!
