Rude receptionist, yes. One. In particular. But I cannot blame the person, who is clearly underequipped in a shoddy system. I was referred to this office for acupuncture. They have one acupuncturist who splits her time between three offices. That adds up to 1/3 of an acupuncturist for any one office. Therefore, appointments book quickly. At the first of the month I am forced to call in every few minutes to ensure I get an appointment. Been calling since 8am. No response. Why not hire six acupuncturists? Why only one? Not enough money in the budget? You'll make more money by serving more people. Serving people does not seem to be a priority however. Yesterday I waited for over an hour to see the doc for no good reason. They said it was to advise me about a medication I am to take. No advice was given. This is ridiculous.

The overall feeling is the people there either don't like their jobs or just don't care about you. First of all, during supposed open hours they don't answer the phone consistently you must call back or leave a message. I didn't even see a doctor I saw some kind of general practitioner who didn't seem to know what she was doing. Overall just an unprofessional rude uncaring atmosphere. I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Actually surprise this place is licensed for the job they're supposed to be doing.

Dirty waiting room, empty tissue box left out for patients, bathroom has no toilet paper, or paper towels, the staff is rude and the doctor refuses to help people in serious need. Instead of helping us with the treatments that work she decided to do several tests, xrays, labs, prescribed multiple other medications and biopsied me, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS EXACT SAME PROBLEM FOR YEARS AND ALL YOU CAN DO IS TREAT IT, SHE ORDERED TONS OF EXTRANEOUS BS THAT GOT HER PAID MORE AND PUT ME THROUGH HELL! I watched her replace a script that someone openly admitted to tearing up and throwing away at home, then when I asked her for a reprint of my own, which was ruined by rain to where my pharmacy wouldnt accept it, she refused and brought out a copy of my agreement and pointed out the parts that clearly state they "will not replace stolen or lost medication" not unfilled scripts, she then said "well it means the same thing and should say that too". The worst doctor of all time, never going back! I would give them less than 1 star if I could! Cant believe I spent 20 years of my life in the corps to be treated like this! WARNING THIS EVIL C**T WORKS AT THE TEMPLETON OFFICE TOO
