I had to get them to vacuum my car 3 times! Because they couldn't move some clothes around. The "manager" walking around doing nothing, just on his phone gave me attitude... when the customer is always right. 
Charged me $69 plus wax and they were done in 8 minutes. 
Half ass job and attitude. 
Not to mention they didn't even shine the inside

From Emilio, in the Detail department to all those on the Wash Drive ... Simply the BEST CAR WASH FROM CAP' TO NEWPORT!

I have been there a few times and they try hard to oversell - today i went off road and the inside was dirty and a small scratch on the paint.  Told me the price was $350...I started laughing.  I told him I would polish the scratch and then he came down to $250.  I told him NO THANKS.  I want to the Dana Point Car Wash and charged me $130.  I will never go back here again.

Hand wash, pretty good as long as they are not so busy they allow water to spot your car while they are drying others.
