I visited this place in the weekend of Mardi gras and I seated on second floor. The view was pretty and enjoyable, all the activities from Mardi gras.  Parking: The parking is located in right hand side.  Kid-friendliness: It's a kid friendly restaurant.

I've been here several times and the food is very good! My favorite part is the servers who are always kind and attentive. It has a welcoming and clean environment and there is a lakeside view on the second floor. The music inside is quite loud though.Food: 5/5

Food was substandard and far from Mexican.  Not only was the food quality poor the service matched. I will say that they have the best Dr. Pepper in town though. Overall you can find better in Lake CharlesFood: 1/5

This is THE BEST Mexican restaurant I've been to in a long time! The view is absolutely stunning and our service was amazing! Our food omg my mouth is still watering after a week! This is an absolute must if you are in the area guys! Also, BEST SALSA I have had! I had the sizzling burrito and the steak was so tender omg!Food: 5/5

This place had some great food. My wife had the quesadilla, and I had the three tacos with rice and beans. Also, the draft beer was ice cold and delicious. Highly recommend!

Quite literally everything that could possibly be wrong in a restaurant in one place. Unsafe  seating. Bathrooms were flooded with overflowing toilets. Food was awful; burger had hair in it. The water they brought us came in dirty cups. Enchiladas were covered in hormel chili. Fries were undercooked and unseasoned. Salsa was bland and thin. At least our waitress was polite. The host and bus staff stared confrontationally as we passed.  Disgusting. We're hoping we won't get sick from the little we did eat before deciding it was too disgusting to bother.

Best Tex-Mexican restaurant in lake Charles, La. I love this location and the beautiful view of the sun set on the lake, I-10 bridge, boardwalk, and Yacht Club. It has indoor and outdoor pet friendly patio. The old bartender is my go-to server. He makes the best top shelf margaritas. If you are looking for the best White Queso and Guacamole her is your place. My husband always orders the steak quesadillas and carne asada steak dinner. I prefer the large fresh grilled shrimp taco salad. Keep up the great work!

Average Mexican food, needed more flavor though. Good cheese and a good grade taco meat. Charro beans were good.Food: 4/5

These guys found a great location to set up shop.  Right on the lake with lots of outdoor seating.  I was greeted by several members of the staff as I walked in and was welcomed by the bartender right away.  Didn't waste any time ordering a cold beer and it was delivered in one of the coldest mugs I've ever had.  The food was very good and came out quickly.  I will definitely be back here!

The salsa isn't the best, the salsa verde is good though, but it cost $1.99 if you want it. I got the onion n cheese enchiladas with salsa verde rather than the chili, they where great! I don't like how they changed the interior at all. The booths are ok, but the car theme that was here before could have been kept and used as a Mexican street car or lowryder theme with less cost than the renovation they did. The place used to be Vicky B's. I  REALLY miss her restaurant The table was set when I was seated, but it was not cleaned before it was reset. There was chip crumbs, cheers drippings, and other liquid smears on the table, as seen in the pic. I got the flan, but forgot to take a pic, it was great! They ARE better than Casa Mañana, but need a little tweaking to become better. The wait staff are really good and attentive. Won't go wrong with Kat, she gets 5s!  She has nice tats too I  will be back. I did suggest they make fresh Horchata.
