They damaged two of my sports coats and their response was "I don't know what to tell you" and "what do you want me to do about it? It happens". She also asked me to call Boss (the manufacturer) and complain to them.

Amazing!  I am VERY impressed!!!! The white Christian Dior looks brand new.  I just can't believe it and must say I didn't think it would possible.  Lake City Cleaners fully met the challenge.  I am trying to spread the word.  Thank you so much for working your magic.  It was a real pleasure.

Avoid this place at all costs.  I chose this place because of the location to my home but I should have gone farther.

I have made the mistake of taking my things here 4 times, thinking each time it would be a different experience.  I was wrong each time.  On two different occasions, I brought 2 pair of dress pants to get hemmed.  The first time I brought the 2 pair of pants with 5 other pair that was for dry clean only.  The lady that does all the sewing at the place messed this up terribly.  She let down the hem on two different pair of pants and hemmed 2 other pair!!  I immediately told her she made a mistake and she proceeded to argue with me then admitted she made a mistake (she looked very confused and dazed......drugs maybe?).  She corrected the issue but I was out 2 pair of pants for about 3 weeks.

Another time I came back to the place to get 2 more pair of pants hemmed (the were brand new).  She measured my in-seem which was 31 inches.  After a couple days I came to pick up the pants.  When I got home I tried on the pants and noticed that one pair of pants had an in-seem of 37 inches and the other was at 34 inches!?!?!?!?  How does this happen?  Not only were they the wrong size, they were completely different sizes!!!

The dry cleaning itself was also less than adequate.  I took about 5 pair of pants and 10 shirts to get dry cleaned.  When I went to pick up my clothes, they said they were not there and were at the cleaners; it would be an additional 3-4 days.  When I finally was able to pick up my clothes, the cleaning was decent but it took them an extra 30 minutes to find five of my shirts.

This place is HORRIBLE.  Avoid the old, large sewing lady at all costs.  She means well, but she does not know how to sew anything.  The other younger lady that I dealt with was very friendly and apologetic.  You do not save any amount of money by going here.  The prices are the same as everywhere else but the experience is hideous.  Save some time and check out any of the other 10 dry cleaning places in the immediate area.
