Owner is very nice and respectful and the place is clean. Been going here for three years. Only issue is that the plaza is a cesspool for homeless people and they like to block the entrances to the laundromat or pick fights with people. Come in earlier during the morning or early afternoon to avoid them.

First time here, owner was friendly and very helpful. Helped me count out my change and then exchange for quarters. Facility was clean and washers and dryers were in good shape.

Really clean, the machines always working well, but best of all, EXCELLENT customer service. The attendants are always extremely friendly and welcoming (and get to know you as a regular very quickly). And if you need anything at all, they're​  quick to help, even with issues you didn't ask help for! It's a small facility and things can get a little cramped lol. But there are plenty of machines and I've never had to wait to use one, even at it's busiest. Also nice is the machines run on quarters rather than laundry cards (which not only is added money the first time, but also if you forget your card, you have to waste money on a new one every time you do) and there are change machines to give you quarters for $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. The only issue there is, no ATM on site, so be sure and get cash before. But just in case you forget, there is a Grocery Outlet right next door.

Small, but cheap and friendly place. Good amount of parking in the complex. Lake City Way can be unsavory, but this place is great. No ATM, but change machines.
