I was going to this office so I didn't have to drive all the way to Gainesville to see Dr Stewart he is a great Dr. But the midwife and staff in this Lake City office are severely lacking in empathy and compassion! I was in the waiting room one day and over heard the receptionist telling other nurses and staff members something a patient had said on the phone, then laughing at the poor woman's distress. Repeated the incident to several other staff members so they could have a good laugh at the womens expence also. I will NEVER go to this office again. I will drive the extra mileage to See Dr. Stewart in Gainesville. I do not recommend this office.

I will NEVER go anywhere else.  Marlene is so compassionate and takes the time to actually talk AND listen to you.

I love Marlene Summers. She delivered my youngest son, put in and took out my iud and I have referred her to multiple people. I have nothing bad to say about Marlene and I hope she stays in practice for a very long time.
