This place was really horrible I went in with no one in line and yet still waiting around 1 hr and 15 minutes and then when I got called up the lady at the front had a really bad attitude also I got in they took a urine sample in 2 minutes and said ok you can leave literally had be there for 2 hrs to get checked up in 2 minutes I would never recommend this place to anyone the place is really dirty also.

The dentist Cuartos gave me a lousy attention, I spent almost 3 hours waiting for him and he only looked at one tooth not even my whole mouth to determine the problem, The Secretary was rude it was just an awful experience in the North Chicago branch.

It's funny how it said on Friday that they close at 5:30pm at they're website I came Friday it's not even 5:30pm yet they're already close I got there 4:40pm maybe updating your Friday hours to 5:00pm closing time would help us and so as you guys a little bit of specification and accuracy won't hurt but instead will improve mutual understanding and professionalism cause if you check with your website what it said on Friday is 5:30pm is the closing time updating that to 5:00 pm would be very nice.
