Decent sized campsites, but extremely dusty. It's nice to be close to the stream, and some areas in the stream reach up to the waist. The bathrooms near site 42 are clean for camping. Make sure to take a shower in the early morning before everyone gets in because the showers become flooded and lose hot water.

We came around 3rd week of August and it was our first time camping. It was extremely hot and I was a little disappointed that the stream was all dried out. The restrooms were clean but did not have soap. You have to drive around 5min to get to the lake. Each campsite had a fire pit, picnic table, driveway. Not all sites have shade.

A very good campground so near to the bay area. All facilities , decently clean enough facilities. Near to the lake.  No cellular network. Camp store is open till 9.

Have an amphitheater too.
Took out one star because of the packed site , but since near to SF and other cities, its justified.

The wildlife is abundant Turkey, dear, quail and at least 1 mountain lion.

We camped here for two nights. Place is beautiful. Lake wasn't accessible but the hikes are beautiful. Highly recommend this place.
