By far the best laundromat experience I've had in Buffalo. Employees where all nice. Awesomr to have Cafe attached to the laundromat where I can get affordable drink choices and great air conditioned room with furnitures to do some reading or just relax while you wait for the laundry to be done.

This place has a rear parking lot with wheelchair accessible ramp which is a plus. As with any laundromat I recommend going here during its off-peak hours. I'm sure to come back!

My biggest issue is website does not represent business.  This place has great potential, but Im very displeased with how many lies are on the website.  It's filthy here, and way beyond what is normal for a laundromat.  The cafe is understocked and no one is there to run it.  The lounge is filthy, and there is not near enough seating.  Atm is always broken and machines do not take quarters. Despite calling themselves coin operated on the website, you have to use their card system so if you come with coins, you can't do laundry.  This is not a first class laundromat as advertised. It is a bare bones, neglected, do as little as possible establishment. That locks it's doors an hour before posted closing time.

This is a real nice place I went there around 5 something I was out at 7:17pm lake Effect is the best laundromat
