I have been very disappointed in the past with the large online florists and so sent two flower arrangements from Lake Forest Floral Design to my parents for Easter.  I received the biggest thank you's I've ever gotten for those arrangements!  The flowers I sent my mom were gorgeous - there wasn't a single flower that was imperfect and each piece was artistically placed.  The arrangement I sent my dad was the real challenge, since I used the Designer's Choice option and asked for an Easter arrangement that was masculine and for someone with red-green colorblindness.  Again, not a single flower was imperfect and you could tell that a true artist took the care to design it!  He *loved* the flowers.

Misty is now my go-to florist!

The best flower delivery experience that I've ever had! I had a bouquet delivered and the Vase was cracked. Misty is so kind and replaced them for no extra charge. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use it in the future!

I ordered flowers from Misty on March 23rd for a special person and she did an amazing job not only on the arrangement but also getting the flowers there way before the time I asked. they were a total surprise for the person receiving them. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me and helping me choose what was best for this special occasion. Misty I definitely will be using you again.

I had ordered on-line and made a selection, I was contacted directly as the color of my selection was not available, they suggested an alternate that to me was acceptable. The recipient was enthralled with the selection (Daughter). Delivered as promised and because of the availability issue added a sweetener to the delivery. Thoroughly professional, will definitely use for all my floral requirements.

I used to buy from them a lot when I used to live in Lake Forest, one time they made a mistake with one of the orders and they fixed it in a very responsive way.
