In Bloom Lake Mary has been our family Florist for nearly 20 years and consistently delivered beautiful arrangements that delighted the receipt .  Sometimes I think the Floral Designers know us better than we know ourselves, delivering that perfect  arrangement for our special moments and occasions in life that makes them even more special. 
Today was no exception, In Bloom delivered a lovely Fall bouquet commemorating our family businesses 41st Anniversary.  Thank you In Bloom  for never disappointing and always delighting .

Purchased flowers for my mother’s birthday, and while they arrived on time and looked beautiful, I was charged for 10x the cost of the flowers (in addition to the cost of the flowers) five days later. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I am not the first person to report this sort of problem and I’m sure they will try to get you with their scam as well.

I ordered a basket that was delivered as promised on July 21. I used my credit card to pay for it. All went well. Some two months later I get a duplicate charge on my credit card on SEPTEMBER 5th! When I called she said it was a bookkeeping error and she would get it reversed ASAP. Never got my money back. Had to file fraud report with my credit card. No way to explain how this happened except they obviously don't protect your credit card information.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Order went through and got a receipt. On Valentine's day, my flowers were not delivered had to call them and redo my order,then they were sent out, and my card was charged 2 and a half month later with no warning. I called and was told I was going to get a call back from the owner. That did not happen. There are much better florists in the area. This store is unprofessional and seriously lacks any kind of ownership. Don't waste your time.

Terrible! I ordered a wedding bouque for my daughter's wedding.  Sent pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. I was told when I spoke to the owner she would be arranging the bouque and knew what I wanted. She had the pic I sent her showing exactly what I wanted.
The day I went to pick it up I was very disappointed and expressed my concern to her. I got an excuse that the other girl who arranged flowers made the bouque! So I was lied to!?
 What can you do when you pick up a bouque of flowers the day of a wedding and they are terrible? 
The flowers on the 2 corsages looked terrible too. Withered and brown around the flowers edges. Not fresh like flowers should look. Just poor quality! 
I took the wedding bouque and corsages however we ended up using some silk flowers we had and adding them to the real flowers to make the bouque of flowers look more alive and fuller. Like the picture I initially gave to the florist  that my daughter wanted!
