Could not do a simple points change on my 20 hp, and made up some other reason why it wasn't acting right. Took it to someone else and paid again to have it done, correctly this time. Misdiagnosed a 15 hp and gave me an 800 dollar estimate to fix. Hadn't even bothered to put it back together when I picked it up, even though they had it for over a month. Took it somewhere else-running fine after a tune up. Chipped new paint job on a boat in numerous areas, then criticized said paint work after I showed it to them. No apology-no remedy offered. Will never return. Unfriendly, indifferent staff. Take your stuff somewhere else. They don't care.
