I had a great first visit at Lake Pointe Dental to establish myself as a patient. Mikala was my dental hygienist and was very personable and easy to talk to, and made sure I knew everything she was doing and that I was comfortable. I then met with Dr. Maddox and the great service continued, as she was extremely pleasant to speak with and made me feel very comfortable to be in her care. Regarding the 1 stars for CT Scans, that appears to be for a nearby office that is unrelated to Lake Pointe Dental... I have nothing but great things to say about LPD!

This place is great and gives awesome service.  I'm not sure why a couple of the 1 star reviews are for a CT SCAN service.  This is a DENTAL office.

I cannot say enough about this doctor and her staff...every aspect has been above and beyond....the staff asks about my kids and remembers them specifically...my husband who put off treatment was treated with respect and genuine admiration instead of shamed for his years of avoiding the dentist.  They are spot on with quotes...make every accommodation around my schedule and offer perks that remind me of customer service I've only heard of from my elders! Everywhere I go there are always some kinds of headaches but never with Lakepoint...and no toothaches either! I've never been more than mildly uncomfortable. Do not hesitate to make them your family dental office.

This will be my 4th year going to Lake Pointe Family Dental.  Few new faces at the clinic but, Dr. M has maintained a welcoming experience for me.  MIKALA the D.H. has been extremely awesome on my my routine visit.  Great and friendly staff that really cares about their patients.  Give it a visit.  You won't disappoint...

My spouse went there there with anxiety about getting work done he was there to get a tooth pulled the dentist gave three painful shots pulled the tooth before the local set in. He was there for all of 10 minutes left with no after care instructions worst experience ever
