Had to euthanize my dog.  They were compassionate and caring.  As I was crying, I couldn't help but notice the vet and the assistant were also crying.  They are good people and truly care.  We matter to them!  They will continue to take care of my four legged family..

They are great here and always take good care of my 13yr old beagle/dachshund. Grateful for all they do and their patience. Ben living here and going to them for over 8 years and never had a bad visit.

Unprofessional, overpriced. Charged me $600 and still had no clue what was wrong with my dog. I spent a little while on google I figured it out. Brought it up to the vet she said I was right and finally gave me the referral to the eye Dr. oh and still charged me $97 for that visit too! The receptionist and techs are worse than the Drs. Making me mail in prescriptions to Petmeds instead of approving it through fax. In my opinion because they're mad I want to save $20 instead of buying it there. Always discriminating on my rotti who is very well trained and disciplined. Yet I've seen one person get bit in their waiting area and a dog fight. But they want my dog to be drugged up before he comes in (he's never had an altercation with anyone or any pet there, always stares on calmly when other people's animals are fighting and biting people). Then I do what they ask and the dr says he's too drugged up to examine because his eye muscles are too relaxed. I could go on and on but I'll save my own time. Bottom line this place is a joke. I will never take any of my animals there again and will be sure to spread the bad word.

Refused to have anything to do with me when I called early in the am with a sick cat and I was a client there. Would not even try to fit me  in. Also some vets there could not even make a basic diagnosis on their own. Vote of no confidence.

Very poor experience on multiple occasions. Very poor reputation among pet owners in the area.
