This is an oasis of greenery just blocks from the magnificent mile. A wonderful place to walk, run, play Frisbee, walk the dog and find a moment of pastoral respite in the big city. Consider it a gate way to the Lakefront trail, 12 miles of lakefront walking and bike paths. The pedestrian access tunnel is located at the far southeastern corner of the park and provides easy and safe passage under Lakeshore Drive.

The only thing I don't like,about it is,that the,supervisor Jason is snotty and don't care,if homeless people sleep or urinate outside. He has a snotty attitude but the rest of the,staff is awesome. They have a fitness center that I used to attend and the park is huge.

Lizzie/2YO loves swings slides climbing equipment and the fields here. Great park for a variety of ages. Kids also get to watch the horse and buggies make their loop from the park which some weekends makes lizzies day to see a horsey!

Cute and well kept playground. Right next to the lake so it can get a little chilly during winter
