It was very nice to go to and walk around. The speed limit is too slow but I understand why it was implemented. 15 mph is a very reasonab speed limit but still safe in my opinion.

Went today for a tour of the facility. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. My family and I are considering a membership, but we have never even been camping or stayed in a cabin before. I wish there were a way to have a trial stay to make sure it is a good fit for our family before committing to the lifetime membership. Otherwise our experience on the grounds was good.

Worked for this place for security for three weeks didn't receive a single paycheck. Still haven't got my paychecks.. they claimed it was a mix up in the mail because they got my address wrong. At first it was oh it's because of "snail mail" and then they admitted they got the address wrong when I called payroll. Be careful if your looking into working here still haven't received my paychecks I'm missing and this has been almost a week since I've left there which means I worked a whole month for free basically. The perks to working there is getting to use the facility for free but be careful what you wish for cause even that comes with a price swam in the indoor pool in the dome and it turned my hair green. Had belongings stolen out of the pool area and again still haven't received a dime for all the time I put into the company. Update: Had to drive to Bay City to get my check the people told me my second check should be there that day in the mail (Tuesday). I went to go get my check from them here it is Wednesday still no check. So I've been paid for one week because I had to go up to the office in bay city to get paid. Still haven't seen my check for the second or third week. Pretty upset with this company.

This is one of several Outdoor Adventure locations in MI. This one is quite large and offers a lot of activities for campers and guests. Cabins are available, as well as campsites for tents and campers(RVs) with electrical and water hook-ups. The campground and lake are well maintained. There is also a wonderful little ice cream shop, and the pizza is a great choice for a quick meal!

We went there for an informational day about the grounds. It was nice and they have a lot of amenities - disk golf, mini golf, cabins, arcades and cabins. Only downfall, in my eyes, is that you have to be a member and thanks pretty costly.
