I have seen Dr. Floyd for over 15 years. He is the only podiatrist I trust with my foot care. I am diabetic and require specialized care. He is an incredible person who actual cares about his patients and his community. His office staff are friendly and show compassion and that they enjoy their job and working with Dr. Floyd. His office manager is always understanding and willing to work with you if you do not have insurance or if you have high out-of-pocket expenses. Dr. Floyd is very professional and always does his best to provide top of the line care for his patience. If you are looking for a foot doctor who is kind, caring, professional and good at his profession then choose Dr. Floyd and his Foot and Ankle clinics in Lake Steven and Lynnwood!

I had surgery to remove an ingrown toe nail, the Dr only removed about half of the ingrown part of the nail. I noticed it right away, soon as the bandages came off. I pointed it out to the Dr, his reply was "oh we can get you back in here and removed the rest for you". No apology for not doing it right the first time. Like I want to use more of my hard earned vacation time from work to have my insurance pay an incompetent Dr. No thanks! Unfortunately I've experienced this with a 2nd foot Dr, Marysville foot and ankle clinic. Bad luck for me I suppose. Continue to suffer toe nail pain.
