Lake Street Market

About

Gourmet sandwiches and soups, the best pizza for miles, handcut steaks, artisanal cheeses, unique wines and microbrews, fresh bread and scones, cook's ingredients, Riedel glassware, gift baskets and catering. Local delivery, nationwide shipping.

Story

Liz Glass and Chris Meyer opened Lake Street Market in May 2004, and together with Kayla Massey turned what was once a summer-only deli into a year-round destination for gourmet sandwiches and soups, fresh salads, great pizzas, hand-cut steaks, and house-made bagels and scones. They also offer a variety of cheeses, specialty foods, beers and wines. Be sure to ask about gift boxes and catering!

Great sandwiches, desserts, and in addition to prepared take out. Shelves lined with beverages and limited grocery items. During warmer weather outdoor seating is available streetside. Excellent service!

Best sandwiches in town. Scones and other bakery items are amazing. Frozen scones turned out great at home. You can always find hard to get craft brews here as well.

Great Sandwiches and Pizza. Can get a little busy on weekends, but worth the wait!

Great find. Will make this a regular stop on our "up north" trips. Excellent quality, fresh and tasty selections of deli sandwiches, pizza & other interesting nibbles to eat in or take out. Family said the pizza we baked the next day ('cause we were still so full from the generous portion sandwiches at lunch ), was best pizza they had ever had! Friendly folks.
