Every time you try and call in ( Grand Haven ) THE ONLY call center is in Lansing...you wait for ever and ever for a person to answer.I am on my 3rd try to talk to a person. You are not able to call your "local" credit union you are. Put into a call center and listen to their music  for ever!!!

Have always found the Lake Trust staff at the GH Robbins Rd. branch to be helpful, pleasant and courteous. They also operate from a beautiful building.  Great place to introduce a teen to the world of banking and saving, CD's etc. We have been very satisfied.

This branch was excellent.  Clean and friendly atmosphere.  Cindy was amazing and stepped up to the plate to make sure that a transaction of mine went as smoothly as possible.  I'd highly recommend them.
