The receptionist was really sweet with my son and so were the nurses. We liked the staff very much. The doctor was friendly but I was disappointed with the end results of our visit. We brought our 2 year old son in on a Saturday because he had been running a fever for a couple of days with a cough that was intermittent when he was up and about but had gotten very severe the night before. At first, the doctor said he was going to prescribe our son something for his cough since it was so severe. So, he left the room to get everything ready. A few minutes later he poked his head back in and told us he changed his mind and that we should try over-the-counter Zarbee's cough syrup. Which we did. And it hasn't done jack to help. We specifically told them that we brought him to them because over-the-counter cough medicine hadn't been helping. Very upset that we spent $50 on a co-pay just to be told to go to the store and buy something that we could have gotten without seeing a doctor. Our son is still miserable because we can't take him to his pediatrician until Monday. Will not return to this particular urgent care.

I haven't been seen there but I've been there with family members & each time I found the staff to be very, very friendly. They took their time with the patient & held conversation with us when they finish in the exam room, didn't have to wait long at all. I would definitely recommend to others.

The blonde receptionist wasn't very friendly and only smiled when a man brought her a subway sandwich. When I finally went to the back and the doctor saw me, his name started with a W I think, he said I was having an allergic reaction, which I already knew. But when he told me that I had to get a shot in the butt I asked if it was going to hurt and I told him I couldn't see the needle because I don't handle it very well. He then responded "when have you ever know a sharp object to puncture you not to hurt? " I responded "I don't need you to be sacrastic with me." He said "I'm not being sarcastic, I'm being an adult." Thank you, you sarcastic jackass. The only thing good I can say about my visit was that I wasn't there very long.

Will never go back there.Been there twice and will not listen to your needs.

Staff is rude, the nurse practitioner misdiagnosed me and as she was walking out of the room, she told the other nurse that she hates patients like me. I'd rather wait for hours at the ER than ever return to this urgent care.
