I came to remove the lien on both of my vehicles. I entered around 10:40 am and left at 10:50. Place looks very clean and not that noisy as I have noticed with other DMV facilities. Lots of parking. The person that assisted me was very friendly and advised to retain the release documents and titles and save the $95 for each vehicle. Which I only need when I seek the cars. Thanks a lot

Awesome! I've had terrible experiences and waited hours at other DMVs, but today was quick and painless. Always try to come prepared with the proper documents and payments, that was a huge factor in getting in and out so quickly. Staff was extremely courteous and understanding of my situation, and helped me get everything taken care of without any aches or pains.

Well first of all it's a DMV so naturally it's going to be very busy dysfunctional. Speaking of which I went on a Saturday to get my license, at 10, when they are open from 7:30 - 12 and had to leave because they were not taking anymore people for driving tests. News flash: Maybe the DMV should be close later then noon on arguably one of their busiest days.

Closed on the Saturday BEFORE MLK? are you kidding me? This place is ridiculous- the lines are perpetually horribly long - you would think they'd use Lean methodologies and find ways to make the processes easier, faster and help the hundreds of people who stand in lines for hours. This is not customer service - this is torture. They're only open during hours people usually work - again, how is that helpful?! The times I've been in I've overheard staff complaining about being there - do you all think we are thrilled to be there waiting over an hour to get our stuff done? Horrible place!

Nice DMV office. Always crowded. However, some employees are rude (not many). Deserve 4 star. I can they the best DMV I have ever visited.
