We come to this park a lot... mostly because of the FREE beach and pretty views. There are lots of trees if you want shade and a large sand beach if you want sun. The park is well maintained and there are lifeguards. The bathrooms are nice, but only open in the summer while the park is staffed. The only issues we've ever had are with other kids playing a little too rough.

Very cold day to visit after an absence of 26yrs. Wonderful to see. I'll be back in the spring.

My sister and I went and took some of the grandchildren it is a very clean Beach they great the sand everyday there are 3 lifeguards on duty there is a playground there are two Pavilions to picnic in there is a grass area and the sand area. You could also launch your boat at this Lake and the swimming area the water is very shallow so you don't have to worry about the children

Nice size beach, enough room to swim. The park is cute and there's a real bathroom.

Park was improved a few years back. Always a great time to visit, usually parking is pretty ample. Ice cream truck visits on warm days, so nice to eat ice cream on beach or walk the trails.
