Nice being by the water but the spots are hard to get out of. There is minimal areas for walking dogs. No fire pits. Yes, I know it's a marina but it could be better.

Very unusual camping experience- absolutely delightful!! If you have to have green grass and trees, this is not for you. If you want to see (and hear!) the Aerial Lift Bridge go up, and the big Lakers go in an out at all hours of the day and night, it IS! Canal Park is within easy walking distance with all it shops and restaurants (and outstanding brewery and distillery!). Be prepared to park on pavement ant very close together, and you will be fine.

Sold me used boat exhaust hose at twice the cost of new. I spent 3 hours pulling the water pump off and sent my wife to pick up the hose and when she got home it was used and sliced. The hose new is $7.25 per foot and he charged my wife $20 for one piece of used hose. The best part is now I can't finish the job.

It's a little crowded and it's a parking lot however the views are fantastic. There are ships flowing through the canal regularly. You have a great view of downtown Duluth and the Bluffs above it.

Not a great spot for "camping" as this is basically a parking lot around the Marina, but this is an awesome location and view - in the heart of the Lift Bridge and harbor area.
