Customer service is horrible. I spoke with 2 different people and the only thing I wanted to know was the RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS. No one wanted to help me after I had stated I did not see the qualifications on their website. I just find it very hilarious that you are a rental company and someone calls to get information on a property and NO ONE has customer service to assist with a potential tenants questions. That was nothing, but a warning ⚠️ and I will not be renting from Lakeland Properties.

I rented from this company for many many years and hated to leave due to relocation. Michele, the Broker, is an amazingly kind person who cares for her tenants. Her staff is friendly and always there to help. Shelle is so easy to work with, the ladies in bookkeeping are awesome and maintenance is always prompt. I miss the place I rented for many years and recommend this company to many people.

Very rude people, there was one nice lady I talked to over the phone but I didn't get her name. Maybe she was new because I've never experienced anything but nasty & condescending attitudes from them. No customer service skills whatsoever, they don't care how they treat people, and I not my two roommates have anything positive to say about these people.

The place im renting is for a good price considering how expensive other two bed rooms are, im paying 605 and I love it. I dont like that I have to call 3 times to remind them that im having a problem before anyone attempts to come out and take a look. One of the ladies in the office is completely rude though so when you go in you have to ignore her. The last time I went in she completely cut off the person she was helping fill out an application to ask me a question about what i was saying to the other lady.
