We rented a unit when my father passed away and I was impressed with the wonderful people who helped us during a difficult time. When we put our lock in improperly, we were notified quickly and the lock replaced. Today, we vacated the unit, and Ken was very helpful and honest about what happens next with the deposit and pallets that we left. Thank you for making our experience a great one!!
