Friendly people, terrific location. Close to the lake.   Close to everything yet far enough out of the city but close enough to go to Atlanta. Very quiet.

I like the park but nobody wants to see the manager going around drunk and pulling her pants down to pee in the middle of the park.  There's kids that live here they don't need to see that.

I was here visiting family and saw a couple pissing in front of their trailers with my kids there right in front of them. I told the manager and she refused to do anything about it.
