Cute little play area and ball park, near a pizza place. The best part of the park (unless you have kids) is a hiking trail, accessible primarily from the neighborhood behind and on the hidden side. Both sides have very small parking areas. The portion with the playground, on Rainier Avenue, has the larger lot and can accommodate maybe 8 cars. The trails accessible from the neighborhood have a small pull off area that can accommodate maybe 3 or 4 cars.

This is a wonderful park that truly feels like you have walked into the forest when you are still in the Seattle city limits. It is a steep climb not for those with limited ability and many stairs to climb back down as you enjoy the the trees and the creek that runs through it.

It’s a nice ‘urban oasis’ walk. Good year-round. Your standard ravine-bottom with a creek. There’s a secondary trailhead off 68th Pl. S that’s tricky to find but there’s a public right-of-way that starts behind the neighborhood sign.

It's a park. Not much more to say about that, really. I live north of it, and drive through it with my housemates. I haven't walked it, but it does remind me of the same type of park roads from east Madison Valley, down to the lake drive from Madison Beach to Leschi. So it's familiar. Plus, there's a ball field and Pizza restaurant, Pulcinella, on Rainier Ave. S, at the bottom. Worth a look, if you wish.
