Lake Ridge Physical Therapy is comprised of a group of outpatient physical therapy clinics, owned and operated by physical therapists. I started with a very painful shoulder, "frozen shoulder". With caring and careful expert management from my physical therapist, the shoulder is usable and almost pain-free. I highly recommend this facility and all of the attentive and professional staff.

Have to agree with these other posts. This place is horrible. My insurance was about to run out and some moron discharged me. Still had ONE session left. In the middle of rehab from surgery. Amazing. No discussion. On my way out they tell me I'm discharged. Good luck. Would have paid cash, for ONE WEEK, as insurance would have kicked in then, but nothing was discussed. Agree with the other comments also. Throw you into gold's gym on your own. Also the therapists have up to 5-6 patients at a time and are running around like crazy people.

Was not pleased with the level of treatment I received when I did go to this establishment. For exercises and machine work, they just dump you in the Gold's Gym that is next to them. No supervision or anything. You have to wait for machines if you need to use a particular one and I felt a bit out of place there... made me uncomfortable. If I wanted to work out at Gold's, I would have joined Gold's. So... I quit going an found a GREAT place a little bit down the road.

Horrible! These people just want your insurance money. If you are in pain and require healing, go somewhere else. They do not provide adequate or basic patient care. The intake assessment for a new patient was a joke. Did not even do a range of motion assessment on me. After two visits I left and found a REAL physical therapy office.
