I tried to use their website to schedule an appointment. They did not call for a half a day. So I called them and before they even asked my name they wanted to know all my insurance details. I told them the company and they insisted that I give them the details (plan type, numbers, etc,). They then called me back from the website and the first thing they asked was about insurance. Their receptionists showed bad customer service skills and gave me the impression that this is a money-based operation with no real concern for health care of the clients.

I have been a client of this practice for many years, they had been exceptional in their service and care, and I got used to expect that. Then, time for my cataract surgery came, and I experienced the entire team (from Dr. Jay, Dr. Cueto, Marci, Kim and everyone else) brought to bear even higher service and level of care, which is quite remarkable. I recommend this practice to friends and family. Well done, in todays environment of several options of care, Dr. Jay's practice sets itself apart from the competition every day all day. Thank you for all you do for me and the rest of your clients and patients!

Terrible customer service in the contact/glasses department!! No one can be that damn busy to never answer a phone call, especially after leaving a message 5 hrs earlier and trying several times while waiting for a returned call.

I had Lasik done at the end of April and have experienced amazing results. I can see everything crisp and clearly. The procedure itself was much easier than I thought it would be. I am so glad I decided to have the Lasik procedure. Julie Bailey

I am writing this review a week after Lasik with Dr. Jay, and the results are nothing short than incredible. I went from not being able to read the biggest letter on the chart to 20/20 distance, and 20/15 reading. The procedure was painless and went extremely quick. I have no regrets. Dr. Jay and her staff have an amazing talent to make each patient feel comfortable and welcome. From the secretaries to the techs, and Marcy the surgery coordinator, each member of their staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. For this, I highly recommend Dr. Jay and her associates for everyone's eye care needs. If you have been thinking about Lasik, now is the time to do it. It is truly worth every penny.
