As I read the comments, I'm seeing all negatives about wait times and such.  Good to know is that they've solved that problem.  You get a LIVE person now, and wait is not a problem.  That might be different if you call peak times, like when the office opens.  I don't know about that.  But I know they've solved the problems with phone calls and waiting.  Good job Lakeshore.

I like my doctor but I can never reach a live person when I call. It wait 30 minutes and can't get through. :( I don't recommend this clinic, there are others that offer the same level of service that are reachable other the phone.

I love the office but anytime I need to call to make an appointment or a refill, I'm on hold for 30+ minutes at a time and they usually don't answer. How am I supposed to make an appointment if no one will answer my phone calls?

the earliest appointment was 3 weeks out from when i called June 23rd for an appointment on July 15th, at 9 am, it took more than an hour before  I was seen. I won't return.
