My advice if that if you wish to use this storage unit firm, INSIST on a copy of the contract upon signing or making payment.

We rented a unit to store excess business furniture. After the walk-thru, I signed the contract and paid a month in advance. Asked for a copy of the contract. The owner stated that they normally do not give copies; but she would email one. Never sent.

Two months, later I had to threaten going to the BBB to get a copy. The other owner also stated they do not give copies. Perhaps this is an unethical endeavor to increase late fees or seized assets revenue. 

If you choose to use this storage unit company, insist on a copy of the contract. If the owners refuse, walk away.

Owners a dick and toys with you a out money don't ever be late he locks u out over a day of being step and comes there daily to check up
