Very friendly staff and easy update of personal information. They are excellent with follow-up visits especially when Maria had to have some adjustments made on her new partial. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff is always friendly and will do all they can to make your visit go as scheduled. My experience was very good and they got me in and did a good job cleaning my teeth and the Dr. came in for the exam and I was on my way.

Lakeside Dental Solutions is my Dental family for life and, I'll tell you why. Yesterday, I made an error and went to the dentist a day earlier because I misread my appointment date. Of course they were surprised to see me but, guess what.. they didn't turn me away. After we all had a good laugh, they got me in and took care of me. Doing kind personal things to make sure I had a good customer experience was great but, they are just as awesome when it comes to providing the very best professional dental services I've ever experienced. Not to mention, they practice the most compassionate dentistry in the world. I know because, I used to be the "biggest chicken " when it came to going to the dentist but, they are GOOD- I now have the strictest confidence that-"They Specialize in Chickens". So,if you've been putting off going to the dentist because you're "nervous or a little scared" or "afraid that you can't take the pain", well, you are in luck. Lakeside Dental Solutions "got you"! Try them, you will like them.

In a word exceptional. I was fortunate to find DrSalter after seeing a dentist who was doing deep scalings and fixing cavities that weren't there. Brad Salter, DDS,  is the best in my opinion- thorough, knowledgeable,honest  and communicates well. Annette is my go to Hygenist - overall a very professional and reassuring visit.

Since I moved to Rockwall 11 years ago, Dr. Salter has been my dentist, and I could not be more pleased.  Dr. Salter is an excellent dentist who stays current with changes in his field. His hygienists, assistants and office staff are top notch as well. An overall atmosphere of care and friendliness distinguishes his office from others I have been to.
