Tim seems like a nice guy, but I can't recommend Lakeside House Painters.  Tim came to my house in April 2017 and gave me a bid on some interior and exterior painting work.  I accepted his proposal and mailed him a check for $700 as down payment. Exterior work was supposed to be finished by late May in time for our daughter's high school graduation, and I agreed that interior work could take a little longer.  Tim and his crew never showed up.  My initial phone calls weren't returned. He was finishing a project for a neighbor, and I saw him there in late June - he was apologetic and said my project was next and that his crew would be at our house the following week.  Again they were no shows.  This time Tim returned my calls but kept pushing me off with excuses.  Finally, after waiting through July and most of August, we asked for the $700 back. Tim again assured us that he could get the job done, but we knew better.  After several "reminders" we finally got our money back.  Today, a flyer came in the mail to let us know that Tim is now selling real estate.  I don't know if Lakeside House Painters is still in business; if so, buyer beware.

Worked for lakeside painting many years ago. Left because of the poor way they treated customers and employees. Louis Blue Painting is the best painting company in Minnesota!
