I have been a customer of Lakestone Bank & Trust for most of my life. I use them both personally and professionally. Their service is impeccable, the employees are always very personable, and they always put their customers first. There were a few times my account was hacked and the bank caught it every time and and informed me immediately of possible fraud. I would highly recommend banking at Lakestone Bank & Trust.

I have several accounts with Lakestone and am very happy.  I was put in contact with Donna at the main branch through a mutual friend when I needed moving supplies.  She was able to get me cardboard boxes and packing materials that they didn't need.  It was a win/win situation as it kept them from throwing the materials away or recycling them, and kept me from having to purchase anything for the move!

I have been banking here for over 15 years, and the people here are SPECIAL! Everyone goes out of their way to serve you! So friendly and knowledgeable! They make you feel special! The customer service is awesome 👏!
