Dined in the restaurant. Service was incredibly slow despite plenty of staff being present. When we finally got our food after waiting for over an hour most of it was cold. My bun on my chicken sandwich was soggy. My sister and I both did not receive our chips that were supposed to come with our meals. Multiple parties that arrived after us were served before us. Another couple had the same issues. Very slow service and cold food. They walked out without paying. Will not be going back here.

Watched a waiter make chicken finger salad from the salad bar.  Can they not use fresh lettuce from the kitchen,  instead of salad  that is on the salad bar.  Then on his way back to kitchen adjusted salad with his fingers (no gloves). Of course he denied but I watched him do it. Spoke to manager, she was like talking to the wall. She offered a cold beer as a fix to the waiters mishandling of our salad. Props to the waitress that apologized for him,  got more satisfaction with her then the manager.  Won't be seeing me back anytime soon.. next time Rick stop a handle the problem instead of just asking for keys...

Service was incredibly slow. Place wasn't even that busy and it took over an hour to get our food AFTER ordering. Server was inattentive, gave me two extra drinks for no reason. Fries were undercooked and the chicken fingers looked like fish, battered rather than breaded. Definitely won't be back.

Good was unimpressive. Atmosphere is a typical bar. Bartender was very nice. Otherwise, the place itself is eh.
