Love this place. The animals are very friendly and fearless. I found a turtle here on the trail and I put him back in the pond. Now I wish I had kept him. Wonderful place

Great place to run, watch your step because of the Geese feces though. Don't know why it is called Lakeview park though.. its not even that big, nor is it considered a lake to anyone even.  Made a lot of memories with my family there growing up, and the Middle school's mile run is done there.

Goose poop issue needs to be eradicated.

This is in town so if you want a sample of nature and still be surrounded by people this is a great place plus there are multiple trails for walking connected to it
