We purchased a home from Lakewood Solutions, Inc. on 6/30/2014.  The contractor did not disclose major issues with the house.  We have tried numerous times to engage them but have been completely ignored.  I would never buy a house from this contractor.

1. Flooding the night we closed.  The contractor disclosed that the house has not had water since he purchased the house. Our neighbors told us that he was pumping water out of the basement into their yards.

We've located where the water is coming in.  We need to tear off the facade of the house to seal a crack in the foundation and have a mason refinish the house.  We will also have to tear our all carpeting and base boards in the basement and refinish the downstairs.

2. AC broken.  The contractor disclosed that the AC has been completely serviced.  We had Four Seasons Heating and Cooling service the system.  They confirmed that the AC is broken and has not been serviced in years. The entire system needs to be replaced.

The upstairs AC does not work.  Also, the vent in the bathroom is behind the vanity which completely blocks air flow but will need to be closed when the heat is on.  It's a fire hazard.

3. Loud banging in the walls.  We are still looking into this.

4. Construction debris left in our downstairs crawl space. There is so much debris that we need to hire a company to come in and remove it.  We've been told that this debris can attract mice.

5.  All windows upstairs are broken and window cranks have been laid on top of the gears but not adhered to the device.  All window locks are broken as well.

6. Refrigerator broken. Needs to be replaced.

Stay clear of this contractor......
