When in Kadota, stop. I had the 16: Steak Sandwich, and it was quite tasty. It was really just a smaller steak and Texas toast with a side but it was really good. From the road, it looks like you don't want to eat here but trust me, you do! :)

Great food and okay prices, but don't expect to be in a hurry. One cook and one waitress, you're going to have to be patient.

Just not that good. Maybe our mistake was seeking lighter fare at a roadside diner. The salads were iceberg lettuce and mine included a big hunk of soggy slimy yuckiness. The ham on the chef's salad was just cut up slices of prepackaged deli meat. The tomatoes were unripe. Everyone was polite and friendly. But as much as I the to say it, our money would have been better spent at a chain fast food joint. 😟

Best place to eat in South Dakota!
You will be completely satisfied with everything. Food is great. Service was Terrific!
