Came to Las Cruces for a business trip. I have no idea if this is a good Sonora hot dog or not. But it tastes amazing! Loaded fries are awesome too. I'm amazed at how good it was and the very fair price. Wish this food truck was in my home town. Would eat at again.  Edit: The owner is awesome, I got some dessert at the end that I dont know how to spell boneullo sp?. They're awesome like a light crispy tortilla churro.

If you are going  to eat in Las Cruces,  by all means, go to the tried and the trues. However, I would like to beg you to turn your attention to Lalo’s when you just want a down and dirty quick bite from a food truck that delivers quality grub in fast fashion. The location and parking are tricky, but do you care? No, you don’t.  Also, as I am writing this, El Cable is playing in the background. People with good taste in music inevitably have good taste in food.

Love stopping by for their hot dogs. They have weekly specials too so you can never get bored of going or trying something different. The only complaint I have is the outdoor seating could be better. But I know they mentioned big updates so I'll be excited to see that! Great flavors and we go whenever we crave a hot dog :

Was looking for some good Mexican style hot dogs in LC and I finally found them! Really tasty and filling! Really affordable too. They have some other menu options like burgers and loaded fries. The people working the food truck are very nice as well!

These guys are hotdog artistes, and their art is delicious. Plus they're open late and super friendly.

Amazing hot dogs with a super reasonable price range. They have so many options even our picky eaters were happy. They even have some tasty dessert options too. Overall great choice, Highly recommend!

Lalo has the BEST hot dogs in New Mexico. Each of his creations are a work of art. I have eaten at five star dining rooms all over the world ! His food has so much love your taste buds will dance. Sabroso!
