I went to the same stylist that did my hair before...I wanted a root touch up and blow dry (as she did before, she even wrote down the formula she used last time) well she messed up and made my hair violet! When all I wanted was the same blonde color she did last time! I asked her why she changed the formula and she said because SHE didn't like the color she did before...I didn't ask her to change the color and can't believe she took it upon herself to change it...after she finished panicking,  complaining how this has never happened to her and basically saying there's something wrong with my hair! she managed to get the violet out after putting bleach in my hair TWICE! and it still wasn't the color I had plus she totally damaged my hair...after all that she had the nerve to tell me she wouldn't be able to blow dry my hair because she had one other appointment and had to run errands after...so I had to leave there with my wet damaged hair and the wrong color... not once did she apologize. Very unprofessional, I will never go back there
