Good food, I especially loved the chorizo mac & cheese, it was creamy, fresh, and so flavorful. Other great dishes include the mole enchiladas, the fish tacos, and Laly's cemita. The meat in the tacos had a few hard pieces. The brunch ricotta pancakes and the asada enchiladas were both really good and filling. The staff was friendly. On the other hand the music and some of the guests were very loud, so conversation was difficult.
This place is good I had cocktails drinks here, very good, I have always sat at the bar. The bar guy make his own especial drink
Been here on a couple different occasions and I gotta say its great! Drinks don’t disappoint and tacos are delicious!!!! This is a spot for tacos. Carnitas y bistec are something else, in a good way. I did order al pastor and was not really feeling it but I’m not against giving the food another go maybe it was an off day ‍. Drinks will keep me here tho : my favorite so far is la dosis perfecta.
The place is located in the heart of queens, the drinks are regular and the food is good but could be better.
Decided to try the fish and chips that was recommended to us. We were seated outside, got the menus and the waitress purred some alcohol sanitizer on our hands. It was so stinky, we couldn’t get rid of the smell after few times washing our hands. It was very loud with the train and traffic so we decided to take out. The fish was good, but 2 small pieces for $14 was a little pricey. My husband’s beef quesadilla was ok. Not impressed with the food. Update Gave them another try and this time there were 2 big pieces of crispy fish. The shrimp quesadilla was good. The nachos were a little saggy.
Good portion, warm service, great food taste, reasonably priced. Might be among our favorite relaxed Mexican breakfast spots in the neighborhood.
BEST Margaritas EVER. Not to mention their fish tacos. Man, if I could, I would them every day. And the music is also so good, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming!
Very good restaurant with good service they made sure the water was flowing. I had the chicken sandwich but they have a variety of Mexican dishes. Would definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
It looks good, but taste is not. Not even average. Outside street vendor that we tasted better. Fish is not fresh. I believe they don’t charge the oil and fast bitter. It was our first time and last!
As an Upper West Sider I'm tired of flavourless breakfast eggs and underseasoned home fries. If you want a hearty, flavourful brekkie which is also reasonably priced then look no further! Try the Huevos Rancheros and the Mexican Omelette. Absolutely scrumptious. I'll be back for sure.
